About Us

At Carousel, our teaching staff strives to create a safe environment where children feel valued and loved for who they are as individuals. We are helping little feet take giant steps by providing our children with unique learning experiences that motivate them intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. It gives us great pleasure knowing that we play an intricate part in their learning. Carousel Play and Learn Center is more than a daycare center, it is a learning center where children are encouraged to do their best, be kind to others, explore, create, learn, and love.
We strive to make meaningful connections with the children in our care as well as their families. We encourage parents to be an active part of their child's learning and because of this, we have an open-door policy and allow parents to come into the center and spend time with their child(ren) in their classroom. We offer monthly Family Engagement crafts and activities for families to work on at home and upon return, are displayed on our Family Engagement Wall. We provide a small Lending Library in our lobby that allows families to select books to take home, read and return at their leisure. We also host events throughout the year that encourage families to support the center and spend time with each other.
