Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites all North Decatur student athletes to attend a Sports Physical event!
Dr. Roberts and Dr. Steffen are providing sports physicals to all North Decatur student athletes on July 24.
All Jr. & Sr. high students welcome!
Event Details:
- Sports Physicals are $20 and can be paid for via cash or check (regular Sports Physicals are $30)
- All proceeds from the event support North Decatur athletic boosters
- Make check payable to: North Decatur Athletic Department
- No appointment required
- Spaces are limited
