Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites all Greensburg Community Schools student athletes to attend a Sports Physical event!

Physicians and nurse practitioners Dr. Mungcal, Dr. Steffen, Laura Greiwe, FNP-C, and Marie Menchhofer, FNP-C are providing sports physicals to all Greensburg student athletes on July 18.

All Jr. & Sr. High students welcome!

Event Details:

• Sports Physicals are $20 and can be paid for via cash or check (regular Sports Physicals are $30)
• All proceeds from the event support Greensburg Community Schools athletic boosters
• Make check payable to: Greensburg Athletics
• No appointment required
• Spaces are limited
