Save When You Come to St. Mary’s School Student Athletes Physicals Night!

Decatur County Memorial Hospital invites all St. Mary’s School student athletes to attend a Sports Physical event!

Physicians and nurse practitioners Dr. Mungcal, Dr. Steffen, Laura Greiwe, FNP-C, and Marie Menchhofer, FNP-C are providing sports physicals to all established-patient St. Mary’s student athletes on July 18.

Event Details:

• Sports Physicals are $20 and can be paid for via cash or check (regular Sports Physicals are $30)
• All proceeds from the event support St. Mary’s School athletic boosters
• Make check payable to: St. Mary’s School Athletics Department
• No appointment required
• Spaces are limited
