They consider the world their office but call Keller, Texas home.
Jan Green
For the last 25 years, Jan Green has been a learning leader, specializing in leadership development for all levels, helping teams improve performance and effectiveness, and introducing the new (and sometimes forgotten) skills of business etiquette and protocol in the workplace. Jan's professional work has been recognized with top honors by HR.COM for their Leadership Excellence Award. Most recently, Jan's design and development strategy was recognized by Chief Learning Officer Magazine (CLO) awarding Blue & Co., LLC (her employer of 15 years) the distinction of LEARNING ELITE ORGANIZATION.
Jan is known for creating an engaging 'learning experience' through her humor, storytelling, passion, and connection with the audience and works closely with organizations, leaders, and teams by helping them grow with purpose and a clear plan. Jan recently retired as Learning and Development Officer from Blue, to launch her long-awaited business called Developing You, LLC. Developing You is important to Jan because she strongly believes, "Your Development Matters!"
Jessika HaneMeet Jessika Hane, SHRM-SCP, SPHR. After 23 impactful years as the HR Director at Oliver Winery in Bloomington, IN, Jessika Hane recently retired - but she's far from slowing down. An award-winning speaker and soon-to-be-author, her debut book is set to release in late 2025. A two-time Indiana University graduate, Jessika has held leadership roles on several nonprofit boards, including Cardinal Stage Company and the Community Foundation of Bloomington Monroe County. She's also taught HR Management at IU's O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
Named Bloomington's Woman of the Year in 2020, Jessika is a passionate Rotarian with 19 years of service. She's led at both the club and district levels, including her role as District Governor for Rotary International District 6580. Most recently, she launched the Rotary Family Service Satellite Club, blending service, leadership, and service.
At home, she and her husband, Bryan, are raising "Team Hane" - Grace, Eleanor, and twins Alexander and Artemis. Together, they created the Hane Family Endowment to instill the values of giving and doing good. And if you are wondering - yes, coffee is her favorite beverage. Followed closely by wine. But realistically? She's probably drinking water. With lemon.
***Due to limited seating & a catered lunch, there are NO CANCELLATIONS accepted. If you are unable to attend, please notify the GDC Chamber of Commerce 24+ hours prior to the event, or notify us of an attendee replacing your spot. No refunds.***Video
