2024 Men’s Health Tailgate
Join Decatur County Memorial Hospital for the 2024 Men’s Health Tailgate Party on Saturday, November 9 from 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at the NEW Rehabilitation & Medical Offices building at 902 N. Lincoln Street in Greensburg.
Receive free health screenings, breakfast, entry into door prizes, and more! Spaces are limited for this event and registration is required.
Free Health Screenings* include:
- A1C
- Blood Pressure
- Lipid Panel
- PSA
- Mental Health Assessment
- Shoulder Assessment
- Skin Cancer Screening
- Sleep Assessment
*Please fast 8-12 hours in advance for most accurate results.
*Must be 18 years of age to participate in the FREE screening and door prize drawings
